The wines of the T.E.R.S. line are a true interpretation of our territory: three autochtonous and historical vines of our land and three at the same time innovative and traditional winemaking methods.
Ancestrale is a sparkling wine that ferments in the bottle on its own yeasts and its sugars. For some years now, this natural method of fermentation in the bottle, ideal for lambrusco grapes, has been rediscovered as a winemaking method in Emilia-Romagna.
The T.E.R.S.Ancestrale is made from Lambrusco Montericco grapes, a local variety of hills that grows on our sandy clay soil – a soil with a good vocation for viticulture, which gives wines very balanced in alcoholic and phenolic components, with fine aromas.
