The Relais is situated around the Villa Manodori and its gardens, which date back to the early ‘500 and after a long period of renovation have been returned to the previous splendor of the noble families who lived there in the past. Roncolo 1888 has been a residence of the families of the Marquis Fontanelli, the Counts Galliani, the Counts Ancini, and finally in 18th century of the Marquis Manodori, governor of Reggio Emilia.
The Relais Roncolo 1888 has 17 rooms and suites that overlook the beautiful scenery of the Italian garden, a gourmet restaurant “Ristorante Limonaia” and a large swimming pool and gym. The newly renovated rooms are a “home away from home” with all the necessary comforts, inviting you to a relaxing stay in this oasis of nature.
