    ORO

A treasure trove of delights for the palate to discover and savour, drop by drop, and rigorously straight from the bottle. The particular
persistency of its flavour makes it the perfect elixir to round off a meal but its extraordinarily rich aroma and taste make for some astonishing and memorable pairings with a variety of cheeses and
desserts. To experience the full complexity of its noble and highly intense combination of perfumes and scents, try some on its own in a small glass: it should be sipped like a wine for meditation at the end of a meal.

    VB Extrabrut Rosé

Of old pink colour with a fine perlage. Its intense and complex aroma shows notes of small red fruits, yeast and – in the background – hints of citrus fruits and roses. On the palate creamy, savory and balanced. The structure of the Pinot Noir shows the typical minerality of this area, giving it a pleasant taste and a long finish. Excellent as an aperitif and thanks to its structure it also goes well with more demanding dishes (tasty meat, shellfish, cheeses of middle age).
