dry sparkling red wine
fermented in the bottle

The wines of the T.E.R.S. line are a true interpretation of our territory: three autochtonous and historical vines of our land and three at the same time innovative and traditional winemaking methods.
Ancestrale is a sparkling wine that ferments in the bottle on its own yeasts and its sugars. For some years now, this natural method of fermentation in the bottle, ideal for lambrusco grapes, has been rediscovered as a winemaking method in Emilia-Romagna.
The T.E.R.S.Ancestrale is made from Lambrusco Montericco grapes, a local variety of hills that grows on our sandy clay soil – a soil with a good vocation for viticulture, which gives wines very balanced in alcoholic and phenolic components, with fine aromas.

    T.E.R.S. Spergola

The wines of the T.E.R.S. line are a true interpretation of our territory: three autochtonous and historical vines of our land and three at the same time innovative and traditional winemaking methods.

Spergola is an ancient grape variety from Reggio, excellent and multifaceted, an autochthonous breed, which in recent years has been rediscovered and enhanced especially in the sparkling and sparkling version. And so we decided to innovate by presenting a still white wine, and not sparkling, our T.E.R.S. Spergola – Colli di Scandiano and Canossa Spergola DOP.

The wine macerates for 12 months in oak vats and on the nose reveals a rich floral bouquet of citrus fruits, sweet spices with nuances of candied fruit and apricot and a slight balsamic hint.

Metodo Classico Extra Brut Rosé (Magnum)

Of old pink colour with a fine perlage. Its intense and complex aroma shows notes of small red fruits, yeast and – in the background – hints of citrus fruits and roses. On the palate creamy, savory and balanced. The structure of the Pinot Noir shows the typical minerality of this area, giving it a pleasant taste and a long finish. Excellent as an aperitif and thanks to its structure it also goes well with more demanding dishes (tasty meat, shellfish, cheeses of middle age).
